We’re a baby brand created by the Nuques family. Founders Shannon & Luciano wanted to give baby clothing & accessories a fun, artistic twist. They started exploring the idea of partnering with artists they love, making eco-friendly outfits in Los Angeles & giving back to the community. Just like that, Gracyn Sky was born!
At Gracyn Sky, we want every baby to have a bright start. That’s why we donate a portion of our profits to Newborns In Need, a cause we’re proud to support. They provide necessities to hospitals & agencies that assist premature, ill or impoverished newborns, serving teen moms, stressed families & other new mothers who are overwhelmed & need extra help.
Orders typically go out within one to two business days & have a delivery estimate of two to seven days. You can upgrade to two-day shipping at checkout.
We ship via UPS Surepost for a flat rate of $10. If you need expedited cuteness, you can select two-day shipping at a rate of $25. We also offer free shipping for purchases over $120.
Once the order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will include an estimated delivery day so you’ll know when the cuteness is coming.
If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived, it’s usually because:
1.) The email address we have for you is out of date,
2.) You might have opted out of all emails from Gracyn Sky, or
3.) Our message got stuck in your spam folder.
We recommend turning off any spam blockers, reviewing your junk mail & adding us to your address book so our emails can reach you.
While most orders arrive on schedule, some delays are beyond our control. Things like snowy weather, a three-day weekend or Mercury in retrograde may interfere!
Please note Gracyn Sky is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Stolen or damaged packages
• Replacing lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
It helps, but please note your order is still subject to our normal processing time.
If you're missing items or have any concerns about the products you receive, please contact us within seven days of the delivery date. Double check to make sure the shipping address is accurate. We can’t process refunds or re-ship orders unless this information was submitted correctly.
Once an item leaves our facility, the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Like you, we can only see the tracking information that they provide. If there’s a delay or a concern, please contact the shipping carrier & use the tracking information so you’ll know when your package should arrive.
Not yet. We can’t wait to share our love of playful, artistic prints around the world, but we’re not quite there. Keep an eye on our social channels & check back for updates.
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return an item to Gracyn Sky (unless you purchased it on sale).
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that some items are final sale, which means exclusions may apply.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org & include the order number in the subject line. Items must be returned to us unused, unworn, in the original packaging & in the condition in which you received them. If this is not the case, your order may be ineligible for a return or subject to a restocking fee.
When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we’re not responsible for items that are lost or damaged en route.
Instead of an exchange policy, we offer a quick & easy two-step process that allows you to return & reorder items. Don’t worry: we’ll honor any promotions that were part of your original order. To kick off the process, just email email@example.com.
Once the item is received by our warehouse, please allow seven to ten business days (Monday through Friday) for us to process your return. COVID-19 precautions may impact this timeframe.
Yes. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.
No, unfortunately price adjustments are not offered at this time.
Oh no! In this unlikely event, please report damaged or defective items to us within 10 days of receiving them. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the order number & photos of the defect. We’ll be happy to help you with a refund or replacement as appropriate & we apologize for any inconvenience.
Unfortunately not. As soon as you hit “Submit,” your order is sent to our warehouse & the shipping process is underway. In this case, we recommend returning or exchanging the item after it arrives.
Yes. On occasion, we love extending limited-time promotions to new & existing customers. Please note they come & go very quickly! Here are a few helpful tips:
• Be sure to read the terms & conditions, since promotions are subject to change at any time without any prior notice.
• Some promotions only pertain to a select item, may not be combined with other offers or only apply to specific shoppers (like new or existing customers, for example).
• Free shipping is always available for purchases over $120.

No, Gracyn Sky does not offer gift-wrapping at this time.

Yes, in more ways than one. Our fabric has the Standard 100 by OEKO-TEXⓇ certification, which means there are no harmful substances used in our materials. Every detail has been evaluated, from buttons & zippers right down to the thread. Our clothing has a slim, snug fit created with safety in mind, plus the fabric we use is made from bamboo, which is grown without chemicals.
Absolutely not. Our fabric is OEKO-TEXⓇ Standard 100 certified, which means no harmful substances—ever. We only use natural dyes & no chemicals in the finishing of our line. Our products are compliant with all CPSC regulations.
Our clothing & accessories are made of 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex.
Our hooded towels are made of 71% organic cotton & 29% recycled polyester (front) & 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex (back).
We try to make as many sustainable choices as possible. Anything that helps keep plastic out of landfills is a step in the right direction.
It’s all natural, baby. In addition to being nontoxic, bamboo has a soft, comfy, luxurious feel. It’s antibacterial, antimicrobial & hypoallergenic, which helps protect delicate infant skin. It also wicks away moisture & thermoregulates, meaning it adjusts slightly to keep babies warmer or cooler as needed. Finally, bamboo is durable & holds vivid color well, making it an ideal canvas for our artistic prints.
Yes. Because of its inherent antimicrobial properties, the bamboo plant can be grown without fertilizers or pesticides. It’s natural by nature! As compared to cotton, bamboo requires less water to thrive. It also grows fast, replenishes naturally, absorbs carbon dioxide & releases oxygen to help us all breathe easier.
Yes. Bamboo is a natural, delicate fiber. Here are some tips & tricks for laundry day:
• Wash items in cold water.
• Line dry or tumble dry on low.
• Before washing, separate Gracyn Sky items from towels, Velcro, clothing with zippers or anything sharp that might snag soft fabric.
• To preserve bright colors, wash items inside out & skip the dryer.

Thoughtfully. Our goal is to make daily life easier & ensure you get the most out of every purchase. We think they’re way too cute to only wear once, so our onesies have convertible footies & mittens. You can adapt them in multiple ways:
• Fold over tiny hands & feet during the newborn phase to guard against scratches.
• Fold up or down to get the perfect fit as your baby grows.
• Adjust when the weather fluctuates to keep your baby comfortable.
• Or just change to get a different look for pure fashion fun!
We also use double zippers for quicker, easier diaper changes. It’s a little detail that really matters in the moment!
We draw on everything—a love of bold colors, a passion for art, the power of creative collaboration & the sheer joy of bringing a new baby home!
Since many of our products are sewn by human hands & our fabric is very stretchy, there may be small differences from one item to the next. We try to keep our sizing as consistent as possible, but slight fluctuations are possible within a small range.
Similarly, print & pattern placement may also vary between pieces. We work hard to keep colors consistent, but there may be slight variations between lots since we custom-dye & print our fabric.
Yes! Each product is named after a real-life friend or family member with a special place in our hearts.

No, we don’t allow bulk orders on our retail website for the purpose of reselling. To that end, large orders that seem sketchy may be canceled at our discretion.
