Shipping

Orders typically go out within one to two business days & have a delivery estimate of two to seven days. You can upgrade to two-day shipping at checkout. 

During times of higher volume (like a holiday, new release or sale) the time may be extended by a day or two. We know it’s hard to wait, so we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. 

We ship via UPS Surepost for a flat rate of $10. If you need expedited cuteness, you can select two-day shipping at a rate of $25. We also offer free shipping for purchases over $120. At this time we do not ship internationally.

While most orders arrive on schedule, some delays are beyond our control. Things like snowy weather, a three-day weekend or Mercury in retrograde may interfere! 

Please note Gracyn Sky is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier 
• Stolen or damaged packages 
• Replacing lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return an item to Gracyn Sky (unless you purchased it on sale). 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that some items are final sale, which means exclusions may apply.
